"The office manager Lisa Lewis-Joell is VERY rude. She made me feel extremely judged just for trying to add a spouse to my plan to help them get a license. She wouldn’t let me get out my sentences without cutting me off. She was answering stuff wrong because she wouldn’t let me finish my sentences and she THOUGHT she knew what I was asking. I hung up the call because I refuse to give someone service when they treat me like that. 0/10. Ask to speak to another representative if you call. If she made me feel like that she made others feel this way as well."
